We are pleased to inform you that Capri Club Catalunya is sending this announcement to all the European clubs in order to invite you to our second international meeting organized by our club. It will take place in the campsite “El delfín verde” L’Estartit, Costa Brava, Girona.

If you want to participate in this event, you should make your own reservation contacting with the camping, specifying your participation in the Capri Club Catalonia meeting.
Program:Friday 18th
12:00 to 22:00 h. Reception of participants
Saturday 19th
09:00 to 12:00 h. Reception the rest of members
10:00 a 13:00 h. Group pictures
13:00 a 16:00 h. Lunch at the camping restaurant
16:30 a 20:00 h. Games with our cars (parking lot in L´Estartit beach).
21:30 h. Aprox Dinner and award-winning event (camping restaurant).
Sunday 20th
At the camping restaurant: Breakfast, Lunch, Farewell
Payment:Each member will pay in the camping administration (food and mobile home, etc)
Awards will be given out by a jury:
-The biggest club
-The furthest car
-The most spectacular car
-The best conserved car
-The most stunning car
And the winners of the games on Saturday
In order to partake of this event you should pay 25€ for Capri.
Only residents in Spain and not associated with any Capri club, the amount of Capri is 50 € instead of 25 €.
Further information:1- Please note that Capri will not reimburse the deposit (25 €) in your bookings, inspite of climatic disadvantages.
2- We will only accept ford Capri car models (in all versions).
3- We will not accept any Ford Capri car that is not registered in camping “El delfin verde”, nor members that haven’t paid the amount of 25€ as a deposit.

Para participar en el encuentro, tendrán que hacer cada uno de ustedes su propia reserva poniéndose en contacto con el camping, indicando su participación al encuentro del Capri Club Catalunya.
La concentración se organizará en el camping “El delfín verde” L’Estartit, Costa Brava, Girona.

Programa del encuentro:Viernes día 18
12:00 a 22:00 h. Recepción de participantes.
Sábado día 19
09:00 a 12:00 h. Recepción del resto de participantes
10:00 a 13:00 h. Exposición y fotos de los Capris
13:00 a 16:00 h. Comida en el restaurante del camping.
16:30 a 20:00 h. Paseo y gincana con nuestros coches en el parking de la playa de L’Estartit.
21:30 h. Aprox. Cena y entrega de premios en el restaurante del camping.
Domingo día 20
11:00 h. Despedida de participantes.
13:00 h. Comida y cierre del evento.
Forma de pago: Cada participante liquidará con el camping sus comidas y estancias.
Premios: Los premios se entregarán por votación de un jurado:
-Al club más numeroso.
-Al coche más lejano.
-Al coche más espectacular.
-Al coche más bonito.
-Al coche mejor conservado de serie.
Y a los ganadores de los distintos juegos del sábado.
Para participar en este evento se tendrá que abonar 25€ por Capri.
Solo a los residentes en España y no asociados a ningún club de Capri, el importe por Capri será de 50€ en lugar de 25€. NOTA: 1º Los 25€ o 50€ en caso de no ser socio de un club de Capri, de la inscripción, no se abonarán en ningún caso aun por condiciones meteorológicas adversas.
2º Solo de admitirán coches de participantes de la marca y modelo Ford Capri, en todas sus versiones.
3º No se admitirá la participación de ningún coche Ford Capri que no esté alojado en el camping “El delfín verde” y que no haya abonado la cantidad de 25€ para su participación.
Importante: Fecha límite para la inscripción: 03-Mayo-2012
